Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yeddyurappa who just held a meeting with his cabinet colleagues in Bangalore has said that in a few days he will expose all the money bag politicians. Many politicians with money have tried to destabilize my government and such persons will be exposed and action taken against them.
The time has come to work together towards the development of the state. There should be no in fighting and we are all responsible for the development of the state and also answerable to the people. I will remain grateful to all my party members who have stood with me in times of this crisis and let us all work together he said.
Re-shuffle on cards
Chief Minister of Karnataka has called for a cabinet meeting on october 18. He is expected to re shuffle his cabinet during the meeting. Interestingly its the same day that the high court hears the petition filed by the independent MLA's who had challenged the order of the speaker dis qualifying them.
Meanwhile in a set back to the Janata Dal S Senior MLA M Ashwath tendered his resignation. Confirming this the speaker of the Assembly said the resignation has been accepted. This however will not make much of a difference to the numbers in the house since the MLA had abstained from voting yesterday when the government faced a trust vote.
