The Karnatak High Court has adjourned hearing on the plea concerning the dis qualification of the 11 rebel BJP MLA's.
Justice V G Sabahith who was appointed as the third judge in the matter following a split verdict by the high court said that he would resume hearing the case on Thursday.
Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly had two weeks back dis qualified 11 bjp rebels and 5 independents after they withdrew support to the government. This had led to the goverment taking two trust votes both of which it won. All the mlas had challenged the order before the high court. While the high court was divided in its verdict regarding the 11 mlas it posted hearing on the matter pertaining to the 5independents to November 2.
