Justice V G Sabhahit will be the third judge who would hear the disqualifiction plea pertaining to the 11 rebel BJP MLA's tomorrow. The third judge was brought into the picture after a division bench had yesterday differed in their verdict.
The matter is expected to be taken up in the morning session tomorrow A S Ponnana counsel for the rebels told Rediff.com. Yesterday Chief Justice Kehar had upheld the order of the speaker disqualifying the 11 MLA's while justice N Kumar had differed on this point. The arguments will now be advanced before the third judge and his verdict will be the final one.
